Controller and purpose

Zahard LTD controls requests submitted through epritalia.com. We use the contact details and facts you provide only to answer the request and assess whether a human review may help. We do not create a website account or subscribe you to a newsletter.

Recipients and international transfers

Forms are delivered to a dedicated n8n workflow and external CRM. Cloudflare supports website security and delivery. Anthropic processes chat messages only when you use the assistant. Google Analytics and Google Ads receive measurement data only after browser consent. These providers may process data outside your country under their respective data-processing terms and transfer safeguards.

Storage and retention

The application keeps no local lead record and no server-side assistant history. Form requests may remain in the external CRM for up to three years after the last exchange. Assistant history stays in your browser sessionStorage and is removed when you clear the session data.

Cookies and measurement

Essential cookies support the session and security. A versioned browser cookie records your measurement choice. Google measurement does not load before acceptance; Cookie settings lets you withdraw consent and remove optional cookies.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability and may object or withdraw consent. Write to [email protected]. You may also complain to the competent supervisory authority.

Please limit submitted data

Send only information needed for the request. Do not send identity documents, codice fiscale, P.IVA, bank details, customer lists or confidential files through public forms or chat.
