epritalia.com brings together public guidance, indicative pricing, a packaging-CAC calculator and a short scope check for businesses selling into Italy.
Why we built the site
One cross-border sale can involve several regimes and decision-makers.
A foreign business may need to separate CONAI packaging membership, environmental labelling, WEEE and batteries, while also mapping marketplaces, own-shop sales and Italian importers.
The site structures those first questions and links to primary sources. It does not replace MASE, RENAP, CONAI, a material consortium, a collective system, a marketplace or legal advice.
When someone requests help, the EPR Europe team responds on behalf of the company operating epritalia.com. Any proposal, mandate or service is agreed separately outside the public site.

Dated sources
Material rules, rates and operational status are tied to a primary source and review date.
Indicative pricing
Private service references, CAC and other external costs remain separate and do not form an offer.
Independent third parties
CONAI, RENAP, MASE, collective systems and marketplaces control their own procedures, timing and decisions.
Minimum data
Forms request only the data needed for a response, and the assistant should not receive personal or confidential data.
Human review
Where a conclusion depends on facts or interpretation, the site shows uncertainty and offers a human review.

Membership, registers, declarations and marketplace decisions are separate. Always match the document to the entity, product stream and sales route.
Packaging consortium
CONAI
Publishes membership, declaration and Environmental Contribution guidance. CONAI membership is separate from the future PPWR packaging register.

Publishes Italy’s environmental framework and official packaging-labelling guidelines.

Currently exposes the AEE, batteries and tyre registers. It does not yet expose an operational PPWR packaging register.

Regulation (EU) 2025/40 has applied since 12 August 2026. Implementing measures and national procedures continue to develop.
