Where an Italian packaging file commonly breaks
One answer is copied across every channel
Marketplace sales, own-webshop DTC sales and deliveries to an Italian importer must be mapped separately before a conclusion is made.
The member code is treated as the whole service
The Codice Socio does not replace packaging classification, declaration-procedure selection, filings, invoices or retained proof.
CAC is mixed into the private service fee
The client remains the member and debtor. CONAI invoices the client directly; our fee and any external cost stay separate.

Is there an Italian packaging-register number?
Do not describe the current route that way. As checked on 14 August 2026, RENAP did not expose an operational packaging register; CONAI membership produces a Codice Socio and an Attestato di adesione.
Who pays CONAI CAC?
The client remains the CONAI member and CAC debtor and pays CONAI directly. Our proposal separates private service fees from consortium contributions and other external costs.
Does CAC of €200 or less always remove filing duties?
No. Under the ordinary procedure, the test is conditional per material and checked annually. Statistical reporting can remain from 10 tonnes; simplified procedures use a separate €300 total test; and a newly incorporated company starting activity during the year has a specific quarterly rule.
Can you guarantee admission or a completion date?
No. We prepare and coordinate the agreed work, but CONAI and every other third party retain their own review and timing.
