A component-by-component label review,
with an implementable action list.
We review packaging photos and specifications, map likely Decision 97/129/EC codes, draft Italian sorting information and flag evidence gaps. The audit is a human-made report, not an authority certificate.

The outcome
A versioned labelling audit for the packaging supplied
- Each manually separable component mapped to its evidence and likely code
- Consumer sorting information drafted for Italian use where applicable
- Open questions, digital delivery controls and PPWR transition actions recorded
The report is an independent private review; the producer remains responsible for the finished packaging
Material identification and consumer sorting information are separate checks
In-scope packaging generally requires material identification, and in-scope consumer packaging needs sorting information understandable to the Italian consumer. Special-sector rules and exceptions require a separate check. Official guidance describes permitted digital channels, whose implementation still needs a stable link between the physical pack and the information.
What a visual review must catch
Only the outer pack is reviewed
Caps, labels, inserts, films and other manually separable components can require their own assessment.
A QR code points to generic content
The user must be able to reach the right information for the actual packaging and market, with controlled versions.
A report is marketed as certification
The audit gives evidence-based actions and open questions; it does not transfer producer responsibility or guarantee enforcement outcomes.

Frequently asked
Is environmental labelling only for large sellers?
No general volume carve-out should be assumed. The duty is assessed against the packaging placed on the Italian market, independently of a CAC exemption.
Can information be provided digitally?
Official guidance permits digital channels in the situations it describes. The physical access point, correct destination content and version control still need review.
Does the audit certify my packaging?
No. It is an independent review and action list based on the material supplied; the producer remains responsible for final implementation.
What is the price?
The audit is active, but pricing is quoted manually until a public tariff is approved. Pack count, variants, languages and evidence quality affect scope.
